1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Little Loop website and rental services. By browsing our site, placing a booking, or renting equipment from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Little Loop provides short-term rental of baby and toddler equipment — including cribs, strollers, car seats, high chairs, and related items — delivered to customers in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and surrounding areas we serve.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or enter into a rental agreement with Little Loop. By booking, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Rental Terms
- The rental period begins at the time of delivery and ends at the scheduled pickup.
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, allowing for normal wear.
- You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment beyond normal wear while it is in your possession, and for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
- Late returns may incur additional fees calculated based on the daily rental rate.
5. Payments
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- All prices include applicable taxes (IVA) unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellations and refunds: cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
6. Equipment Use
- Equipment is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Do not modify, repair, sublet, resell, or transfer the equipment to any third party.
- Follow all manufacturer safety guidelines and any instructions we provide with each item. Use appropriate adult supervision at all times.
7. Liability
All Little Loop equipment is cleaned and safety-inspected before each rental. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Loop is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of the equipment, failure to follow safety guidelines, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
You agree to use the equipment at your own risk and to supervise any child using it. If you believe an item is unsafe or damaged on arrival, stop using it immediately and contact us.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Little Loop website — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, and the Little Loop name — is owned by Little Loop and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Jalisco and the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
